She was very polite and calm about everything. I was nervous getting back into the car but she made me feel so comfortable! We drove around the back streets starting off slowly and building my confidence back up. She gave me clear instructions and clear feedback as we were going. I even drove home from my dads house to my mums house as Nancy gave me great feedback along the way. I definitely would recommend her!

I’ve been putting off my license for a decade because I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with other instructors. Nancy changed that for me and it’s something I was super anxious about! Super friendly and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the vic roads test and safe driving beyond the actual test, Nancy helps me navigate all traffic conditions with ease, calm and confidence. I’ve grown so much in my driving competence and confidence from my lessons with her, which is something I didn’t expect, given all my anxiety about driving and unfortunate history with other instructors. She literally puts me in the drivers seat in our lessons allowing me to pick what I feel I need to get better at, but also picks up on all the maneouvers and behaviours I need to refine to pass my test and be a safe driver ongoing. We’ve driven in all traffic conditions from bad weather to busy city roads so I feel prepared to actually drive solo after I pass my test. She tailors my lessons to help me navigate the quirky road rules around my area and feel competent to take on the roads and street parks I’ll be using after I get my Ps. Lastly, because of her experience as a tester, she gives me all the helpful tips to pass and advises me on the pitfalls. Couldn’t recommend her more!
